To approve the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 8 January 2013.

4  FORMAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
To receive any announcements which the Chairman considers should be made at this meeting.

5  VICTORY FIELD PAVILION PROJECT
To view the Club House facilities at Ascot United Football Club and receive a progress report from the Chairman and Clerk regarding the Victory Field Pavilion Project.

6  PUBLIC ADJOURNMENT
The meeting will be adjourned for a maximum of 15 minutes to allow Members of the Public, if present, to address the Council about matters of local concern.

7  PRESENTATION OF COMMITTEE MINUTES
Planning Committee of 15 January and 5 February 2013 presented by Councillor B Hilton.
Leisure Committee of 29 January 2013 presented by Councillor Robert Ellison.

8  FINANCIAL REPORTS FOR MONTHS 9 and 10
To report on the accounts for December 2012 and January 2013.

9  PLANNING DELEGATION
To receive a recommendation from the Planning Committee regarding delegated planning functions from the Borough.

10  ITEMS RAISED AND ACTIONED WITH THE BOROUGH
The Clerk will report on matters raised with the Borough, to include thePublic Rights of Way consultation, Hanging Baskets and Parish Play Rangers Summer Tour.

11  PARISH COUNCIL ANNUAL DINNER
To agree a date and venue.

12 ANY OTHER BUSINESS
