To approve the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 30 October 2012.

To receive any announcements which the Chairman considers should be made at this meeting.

5  PUBLIC ADJOURNMENT
The meeting will be adjourned for a maximum of 15 minutes to allow Members of the Public, if present, to address the Council about matters of local concern.

Planning Committee of 13 November presented by Councillor C Lester.

7  FINANCIAL REPORTS FOR MONTH 7
To report on the accounts for October 2012.

8.  BUDGET FOR 2013/14
To approve the draft budget for 2013/14.

9.  DEVOLUTION OF SERVICES
To receive feedback from the meeting held with the Borough regarding the draft legal delegation agreement as to planning functions.

10.  CHARITABLE DONATIONS
To consider applications for Charitable Donations under Section 137 of the Local Government Act,1972.

11.  THE VICTORIAN STREET FAYRE
To review the event.

12.  SUNNINGHILL PARKING ARRANGEMENTS
To consider modifications to the car parking arrangements in Sunninghill.

13.  BIO-DIVERISTY OFFICER
To agree the individual, role and responsibilities of the proposed Parish Council’s Bio-Diversity Officer.

14.  ITEMS RAISED AND ACTIONED WITH THE BOROUGH
The Clerk will report on matters raised with the Borough.

15. ANY OTHER BUSINESS
Any item which is relevant but requires no decision, to include the Victory Field refurbishment project.
