RBWM Local Transport Plan

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is committed to creating a sustainable borough of opportunity and innovation, with quality infrastructure that connects people.

The borough is at the beginning of a process of updating its Local Transport Plan. This strategic plan will identify how our transport networks and services are performing now, and where changes and investment will be needed in years to come.

Before setting about developing a new plan, they want to ensure they are working towards the right long-term vision and are focused on the right issues.

As a first step, the council is seeking residents’ views on the key areas it has chosen to focus on. These are health and wellbeing, economic growth, environment, and connectivity with several ambitions within each area.

Consultation documents and a feedback survey will be available online at the following web address:

For anyone without internet access at home, this consultation can be accessed from public computers at borough libraries, with staff on hand to offer support with using the equipment.

The consultation will be open until 11.59pm, 22 March 2023.

RBWM would very much welcome your comments, and your help promoting this consultation in communities across the borough.
