To receive any announcements which the Chairman considers should be made at this meeting.

 

5  PUBLIC ADJOURNMENT
The meeting will be adjourned for a maximum of 15 minutes to allow Members of the Public, if present, to address the Council about matters of local concern.

Planning Committee of 2 and 23 October presented by Councillors B Hilton and C Lester.    
Leisure & Cultural Committee of 9 October presented by Councillor R Ellison.
Finance and Personnel Committee of 9 October presented by Councillor J Yong.
Victorian Street Fayre Committee of 3 October presented by Councillor B Hilton.

 

7  FINANCIAL REPORTS (Months 5 and 6) AND DRAFT BUDGET FOR 2013/14
To report on the accounts for August and September 2012 and to consider recommendations from the Leisure Committee for possible projects for inclusion in next year’s budget.

 

8.  DEVOLUTION OF SERVICES
To consider the Borough’s draft legal delegation agreement as to planning functions and the devolution of contributions made under Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act,1990.

 

9.  CHARITABLE DONATIONS
To consider an application from the Windsor and District Chamber of Commerce for a contribution toward Christmas Lights in Ascot.

 

10.  THE VICTORIAN STREET FAYRE
To confirm arrangements for the Street Fayre and Parish Councillors’ involvement.

 

11.  ITEMS RAISED AND ACTIONED WITH THE BOROUGH
The Clerk will report on matters raised with the Borough.

 

12. ANY OTHER BUSINESS
Any item which is relevant but requires no decision.
